Balmes Location
EST. 1983
In 1983, our adventure begins with the opening of our first pizzeria on the emblematic street of Balmes. From day one, we committed to artisanship and the use of fresh ingredients, locally sourced and of quality.
Six years later, in 1989, we opened our second location on Creu Coberta street, establishing ourselves in another key area of the city, the Sants neighborhood. This new location continued our mission to offer quality pizzas to the people of Barcelona, marking the beginning of our expansion.
In 2003, we continued to grow and opened our third location in the iconic Gràcia neighborhood, at Gran de Gràcia 123.
In July 2023, driven by the desire to celebrate our 40th anniversary and the wish to renew ourselves, we began a rebranding process. This change transformed our brand and our locations completely and redefined the new Il Fuoco.
